According to statistics an overwhelming majority of military service men and women, as well as incoming recruits, get injured while running. It doesn’t happen due to the lack of desire to run better, or lack of preparation, or lack of physical strength, etc. It mainly happens because most of us were never taught how to run properly.
Implementation of proper running technique significantly reduces injuries and helps prevent any future occurrence. Running with proper technique also allows to run in any footwear, including combat boots.
Proper running technique promotes efficiency and provides for faster running with or without service gear.
What We Do
Our team will come out to your base to hold a 2-3 day event. During this time frame we will cover the theory of efficient movement and conduct practical lessons to implement the correct technique.
